World Singing Day is a global celebration of music, connection, and community. Anyone, anywhere can host an event in a park, school, cafe, community center, workplace, or backyard. No auditions. No rehearsals. Just people coming together to sing.

Step 1: Sign Up to Host
Fill out the online Host Registration Form to officially join World Singing Day.

Step 2: Receive Your Host Toolkit
After registering, you’ll receive a Host Toolkit with everything you need to get started: Welcome email, custom graphics and logo, Song of the Year resources, planning tips, and optional support from the WSD team.

Step 3: Choose Your Space
Choose any place where people can gather and sing together. A park, pub, school, venue, community space, office, or anywhere that feels right for your community.

Step 4: Invite Your Community
Share your event online and invite friends, local choirs, schools, coworkers, neighbors, and anyone who wants to be part of it.

Step 5: Create a Moment People Remember
On the day of your event, sing together, capture photos and videos, and submit clips to be featured in the global World Singing Day montage.

Things to Know

• We encourage you to register as an official host. Hosts receive support from the WSD team, custom graphics, Song of the Year resources, and their event listed on the website.
• Each host chooses the songs that feel right for their community. Create your own playlist, use songs from the suggested playlist, or simply sing the songs your friends love to jam out to.
• Each year, World Singing Day features a global Song of the Year that communities around the world can sing together as part of the celebration.
• Host registration runs from April 1 through September 30.
